Night time

Haley has got us wrapped around her little finger. She has a very strict night time routine that she makes us do. it takes a little over an hour I wounder how that will all change when little brother comes along!! First she has to sit on the potty until she goes, she gets so upset if she can't go. Then Jason gives her a bath, gets her dressed and brushes her teeth. Next I take her to our bathroom where she stands in front of the mirror and watches me dry her hair. After that we spend some time reading books. Once she has gotten her fill of books and destroyed her room by pulling them all off the shelf she has to turn out the lights. Next she does airplane with Jason. Then it's into the rocking chair with mommy where we rock and sing badly. Last she gets her stuffed animals and gets tucked in and soother turned on and one last sip of water. I think that's going to have to be cut in half when the baby comes!!!

First hair cut

Everyone was telling me that Haley needed a hair cut. I really didn't want to but I eventually gave in. I guess it was time she is two. I took her to cookie cutters and she hated every minute of it!!

Let it Snow

During the recent snow storms Haley and I were able to get out in it and play. She liked to try and catch the snow with her mouth. We also attempted to build a snowman which didn't go so well. Although the snow kept Jason away most of the time he did get to play in it with Haley when he was shoveling the driveway. She really wanted to play with her slide so he set it up in the snow for her. Every time she went down she got stuck and couldn't get up.





I know I couldn't find two matching gloves so we had to work with what I could find!!!

Haley's Birthday

For Haley's 2nd birthday we decided to take her to Chuck E. Cheese for the first time. She wouldn't go on any of the rides but she did have fun playing skee ball and watching Jason play games!!











That weekend we had a few family members over for a little party to celebrate. It was Haley's candy party, we had a candy bar and sunday bar. It was so much fun Haley was exhausted by the end!!














I forgot to get pictures of the candy bar before the kids got to it, but this is the aftermath. All of the kids got a bag to fill with candy before they left. They also got their own container of cotton candy.

Family time

During Christmas break we spent a lot of time with family Haley loves her cousins very much and loves to run around with them! Her favorite day was going to lunch with Ryan, Austen, Jessica and Aunt Rea then going to the indoor playground. It was her first time there I just wish there was one a little closer to home!!









On new years eve we decided to make it a family night and do something that we thought would be fun for Haley. We went to see the zoo lights which started out good we got there just in time to make it to the animal show and then we were off to see the fishes but after walking through a building Haley did not want to keep her hat, gloves or coat on so she decided to take them all off. While Jason was struggling to get them back on she fell face first into the cement that was covered in mud. Well she was soaking wet and crying, it was then we decided to go home!!

Christmas

Jason and I got Haley up early to get a start to out Christmas activities. We started with a wonderful breakfast Jason made then watched Haley open all her gifts. It took her a while but she really got into opening her gifts by the end!!! Then it was time to take a nap to rest up for Christmas at the D'Amico's!!

Dress Up

Haley loved dressing up like daddy during hunting season. she put it all on by herself!!!
